NeoDinian.com contains contact information (email) for the owner and all email will contain IP tracking. This is used solely for the purposes of Spam control. NeoDinian.com will only use the IP information for the purpose of Administrator notification of the offending party if these forms are abused. All personal information submitted to NeoDinian.com via the email form is done voluntarily by you (Opt-In) and will never be sold or distributed by NeoDinian.com, nor will you receive unwanted email (Spam) from NeoDinian.com. Email and other information gathered by NeoDinian will not be sold or given to third parties.
NeoDinian.com is not directed towards, or knowingly collects any personal information from, children under the age of 13.
NeoDinian.com automatically collects IP addresses for the purpose of counting the number of users currently online. This information is never seen, and is used for only 5-minute intervals, at which time the information is purged.

All of the content within this site is safe for all public viewing, by any age, and is labeled as such through ICRA as well as the P3P policy for this domain.
Accessibility
At this time this site is not labeled as accessible, however I am making efforts to conform to this need.
At this time, this site validates as XHTML1.1, which is an update to the XHTML 1.0 STRICT standards. As a result, no TARGET attributes are used within this site, and ALL links, both internal and external, open in the same window.
This site uses no TABLE tags, and all formatting is accomplished with the use of CSS. When CSS is disabled, all text formatting and layout images are also disabled, allowing for accessibility to only the main content of this site using browser default settings. All images, photos and links on this site have ALT and TITLE attributes in place.
